Biography
Danette Marie Albino is an art teacher and artist currently living in Central Florida. Driven from her personal experiences, Danette Marie currently focuses her interest in art and advocacy in art education on accessibility, social justice, culture, and identity. Along with being an artist and educator, Danette Marie has created and co-moderates a blog called Latinx + Caribbean Artists, which primarily focuses on showcasing and celebrating Latinx and Caribbean artists. She holds a B.A. in Art/Art Education from the University of West Florida, where she also studied Exceptional Student Education, and an M.A. in Art Education from the University of Florida.
